This great Barossa winery goes from strength to strength. St Hallett remains one of the most forward looking wineries in Australia. It isn't just Shiraz that rocks their world, the Poacher's Blend white (the first vintage was made from grapes 'stolen' in lieu of an unpaid bill!) is as racy and fresh as anything in Australia. Bibendum reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforseen circumstances, in which case the full ticket value will be refunded. Bookings will be confirmed prior to the event. Bibendum regrets that tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled at least two weeks prior to the event.
