Customer Service Update

We are pleased to confirm that:

• Our Contact Centre is open as usual from 08:30 - 17:00.
• Our order phone lines have reopened. Please call 0845 263 6924 to place an order, or to speak to Customer Care.
• We can accept EDI orders as usual from customers.

With high demand, our phone lines may be busier than usual and we recommend placing orders via email where possible. Please email tradesales@bibendum-wine.co.uk to place your order.

Additionally, we are pleased to confirm that we have now: 

• Reverted to agreed customer delivery days and delivery time windows.
• Reinstated single bottle orders on wines and spirits, above £10 per bottle ex-VAT.
