Undeniably ‘Marlborough’, the Giesen wines are capturing that essence of New Zealand which took the wine world by storm.

Their wines go from the classic Sauvignon Blanc style – aromatically expressive with freshly cut herbs and grass, a touch of tropical fruit on the palate – to a beautifully textured, pear and almondy Pinot Gris.

The makers are three German brothers who fell in love with the New Zealand wine industry while it was still in its infancy in the 80s. Over 35 years later, Theo, Alex and Marcel Giesen are still proving that family and business can work harmoniously, because what can’t be settled with good humour and a great bottle of wine?!
