Deep ruby red colour with violet nuances. Complex to the nose. Aromas of ripe black fruits, blackberries, cherries and menthol notes that blend with subtle spices such as vanilla, cinnamon and coffee. Elegant mouthfeel, full-bodied, structured, with tannins present but at the same time silky. The fruit is balanced with a rich acidity ensuring longevity to the wine.
Valdivieso’s history dates to 1879, when Don Alberto Valdivieso founded Champagne Valdivieso S.A., the first sparkling wine house in South America. In the early 1980s they began to produce still wines
