Laissez-Faire means let it be and reflects the hands off approach. Our take on a traditional Alsatian blend; Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Gris. As the name suggests, harvested at the same time and blended in the field. Several parcels were fermented on skins for five days and matured in 3-year-old oak.
