Pemberton, Channybearup vineyards combines southern latitude & higher altitude, influenced by the Southern Ocean. Winters are cold and wet; summers typically dry and mild. A striking bouquet of nettle, blackcurrant and an oak-infused spiciness. Fermented in new French oak, adding layers of complexity and flavour, great length and finish.

Juice naturally fermented with only 10% allowed to go through full malo. Hint of roasted nuts, peach & citrus blossom and a fine, long finish

Almost transparent in colour, this wine shows great purity and refinement. A fragrant bouquet, with flavours lemon peel and bath salts all carried along by a soft texture and long fine finish.

As the name suggests, harvested at the same time and blended in the field. Several parcels were fermented on skins for five days and matured in 3-year-old oak.

A pale, beautifully balanced chardonnay with hints of vanilla on the nose and a winning cool climate acidity.
